Academy-standard coaching. The future is you.
NextGen FC develops players from Under 7s to Under 12s with two training sessions a week, a published season syllabus, and a real competitive pathway — in an environment your child will love.
More than sessions. A system.
Founded in Bradford in 2025, NextGen FC has grown from a single session to a multi-programme academy with teams from Under 7s to Under 12s — built on three things most junior clubs don't have.
A published syllabus
Every session, every age group, every coach works to the same written coaching syllabus — what we coach, how we coach it, and when. A parent watching any NextGen session, any night of the week, sees the same club.
Environment first
A child who enjoys training trains more, tries more, risks more — and improves faster. Enjoyment is our method, not a reward. Mistakes are expected; they're how children learn the game.
A real pathway
From Foundations through the Elite Programme to EDS and Junior Premier League squads — clear development routes, with set review points so every player is in the group that helps them most.
Find your child's programme
Every programme follows the NextGen syllabus and FA age-phase guidelines. Not sure where your child fits? Book a free trial and we'll advise honestly.

A route, not a roundabout

Technical grounding. Mastering the basics everything else is built on, at the right pace for each player.
Elite Programme
Twice-weekly technical and tactical training from Under 7s to Under 12s, following the season syllabus.
EDS & JPL Squads
Two competitive Saturday pathways. Coaches place each player where they'll develop most, with set review points through the season.
One syllabus. Every session. Every coach.
Most clubs will tell you they develop players. We'll show you exactly how. Our written coaching syllabus covers what we coach, how we coach it, and when — for every programme and every age group.
Enjoyment is our method, not a reward.
Desire
Wanting it. Effort you can see.
Teamwork
Playing for each other, every session.
Leadership
Taking responsibility, whatever your age.
Resilience
Going again after setbacks.
Each six-week block of the season carries one club value, coached deliberately alongside the football. We understand that we are more than just football coaches — we help shape young people's lives.

I can't fault the coaching or the training. Great sessions and all the coaches are brilliant with the kids. Thanks for the work you do with my boy.
It's hard to find quality goalkeeper training run by a coach who really understands the position. Reece is exactly that.
The boys had an absolute ball and will definitely book again. They've already asked me to book the next one!
Simple, honest pricing
Every training session is £35. Elite Programme players add a flat £15/month match fee that covers the Saturday programme. That's it — no hidden extras.

Questions parents ask
Your child simply joins a normal session for their age group — no pressure, no obligation. Book through the trial form, turn up in comfortable sports kit with a drink, and we'll take care of the rest. Afterwards we'll chat honestly about which programme suits them best.
More contact time accelerates development across technical skills, game understanding and physical progress. It's the standard at academies operating at the level we do.
The JPL is England's largest national junior league — around forty thousand players, a level-two coaching standard, and a genuine pathway toward professional academies. NextGen FC are an official JPL club from the 2026/27 season, playing Saturday fixtures alongside our EDS programme.
A development session focused on the technical building blocks — lots of touches, passing, ball striking and core fundamentals. It's a genuine step-up pathway into the Elite Programme, at the right pace for each player.
Both pathways offer different benefits, and as coaches we decide which setup will benefit each player most. There are set review points through the season to make sure every player is in the group that's genuinely helping them develop.
