This explains what information NextGen FC holds about you and your child, why we hold it, who sees it, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to be read in five minutes, not to protect us.

For anything concerning a child's welfare or safety, our Club Welfare Officer and Designated Safeguarding Lead is Jess Garside, 07512 044480.

We do not hold your bank details.
Monthly fees are collected by Direct Debit through GoCardless, who handle your bank information directly under their own privacy policy. We see that a payment succeeded or failed — never your account number.
We photograph and film sessions and matchdays for coaching review, our website and our social media — Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. We only publish images of your child if you have said yes. Children are never identified by full name without separate, explicit consent.
You can change your mind at any time, for any reason, by telling Reece. We will stop using new images immediately and remove existing ones from anything we control. Withdrawing consent is never treated as a problem.
One exception, and we want to be plain about it.
If we believe a child is at risk of harm, we will share what we know with children's social care, the police or the FA safeguarding team — and we will do that without your consent, and without telling you first if telling you would put a child at greater risk. A child's safety comes above privacy, every time.
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct anything wrong, delete it, or stop using it — and you can withdraw any consent you have given. Just ask Reece; there is no form to fill in, and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113. You do not have to raise it with us first.
Most of what we hold is about a child, provided by their parent or carer. Older children have their own rights over their information, and we will listen to a young person who asks us about it directly.
